The venue is placed in a central position to the town centre which took about 20 minutes through the parks. For tea and goodies visit Map Room Tea Lounge, located close by.

The place was overall clean with a unique design and extremely helpful and very amiable staff. The view of the rear was magnificent, as well as central location short walk to Boston's attractions. I often visited a downstairs bar.

Thank you for a fine stay - would stay here again. The hotel is quirky and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The room is reasonably priced. The service is good with private parking available and good meals. Moreover it has free wifi to surf the net etc. Also, the location is magnificent and perfect, minutes from Newbury Street.

The hotel had a central position next to both a supermarket and shopping mall and the library and square. Ate at Luke's Lobster Back Bay, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue:)))

We were in a queen room with a king bed, great work space, for example. The location was magnificent there, in the beautiful Back Bay area of Boston. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Champions.
Well, the area was quite uncomfortable overall.

Very friendly staff, had perfectly pleasant stay!!!
I enjoyed this extremely convenient and good old place, stayed there for 2 nights. Overall it was tastefully decorated with fridge. The location was perfect and wonderful, short walk to the Boston Public Library, Prudential Center, Copley Square, today shopping Mall across the street, and Boston Common and Fenway. The downstairs bar was stylish.

Location adjacent to local metro line and Boston Public Library and coffee shops located up the street and a block away that were open 24 hrs. Fantastic and beautiful room with great work space as well as a comfortable chair as expected.

The hotel has a fantastic location, perfect for anyone with business in Copley. The design and decor of the hotel, both in the common areas and the rooms, are beautiful and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. The bed in the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning and the free wine during the afternoon happy hour.
The only issue I had was with the room facilities. The rooms had a noticeable smell and the housekeeping service was not up to par.
